Troubleshooting
Can't log in
Try the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact your company admin or TRADEXIM OS support.
Email not received
Check your spam folder and add our email address to your safe senders list. If the issue persists, request a new verification email from the login page.
Module not visible
If a module does not appear in your sidebar, your subscription plan may not include it, or your role may not have the required permissions. Contact your company admin.
