Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRADEXIM OS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
TRADEXIM OS is a multi-tenant SaaS trade operations platform providing export documentation, logistics management, financial tracking, and compliance tools for businesses.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, or any action that disrupts the service for others.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
TRADEXIM OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be exported or deleted per your instructions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
